Help!!! Disaster in Frankfurt!

Jump to last reply

Ok I need your help desperately! We have finally arrived in Frankfurt after yet more train delays to a dreadful apartment! I can not stay here! At 255euro a night we have no ,it,no air con and the kids don't even get a bedroom...they counted the living roo as the 2bed apartment and have placed foldout beds in the passage ways! It's bloody horrible! So anyone know the rules on leaving and not getting charged ...since we were meant to be here for four nights...just need to know my rights...I know in Australia they wouldn't get away with it but I also know Europe is different. I am happy to pay for tonight but I can't stay here for the week!

Hopefully some of you may know the answer!
