Help! Best Time to Cruise Eastern Med?

Jump to last reply

My husband and I want to take an Eastern Med cruise (specifically one that has stops in Greece and Italy) but I am hoping the month we are looking at is not a bad month to go.

We can't go on this cruise until 2014, as with him being in the Marine Corps prevents him from doing it in 2013. We REALLY want to go in May and don't want to wait until the fall months.

With that being said, how is May during the Med? Is the water still cold? Is is really busy at the ports? We want to make this a great vacay as it will be the first one we take after he gets out of the Marines.

Thanks for the help!
