Heathrow Airport Travel - Terminal 5 to Terminal 3

Can someone help me out? I land at Terminal 3 and need to get to the Sofitel Hotel at Terminal 5. What's the easiest way to get there? Any cost? Thanks in advance. Have a good day.

The trip from T3 to T5 is via Heathrow Express, free between terminals. Just follow signs after you come out of Immigration/Customs.

I dare say our qwo has NOT walked from T3 to T5 (or T5 to T3 for that matter) There is no covered walkway since they are practically in different counties. Only a slight exaggeration.

follow cathinjoetown's advice . . .

Not even that.

There really are many, many shorter cross-border journeys than T3-T5.El Paso/Ciudad Juarez and Lo Wu/Shenzhen are a great deal closer than T3 and T5. It actually takes less time to get from Folkstone to Calais - than which there is no more serious border on earth - than from immigration at T3 to security at T5.

I think QV just doesn't write English well enough to communicate what she's thinking. She's probably perfectly aware of how to travel between LHR terminals.

qwo is a he. And he occasionally posts in full-on proper English w/ punctuation no less. When he starts a thread of his own, he even manages compound sentences and paragraphs! English is his first language and he has no problem communicating so I think he just flat out made a mistake.
