Thanks for the offer, but I was just trying to check their post codes to figure out a couple of options.

One thought - since you can get their actual website, maybe a quick e-mail to them to either see what's up, or to direct them to this thread if they don't know what's going on.

I was going to use JustAirports for car service to Heathrow in July, can anyone suggest another car service they have found to be reliable?

I've used Ray a few times and he was very good. Sometimes a bit more ££ than justairports, sometimes a bit less. There was some problem folks had contacting him last summer, but I think it was just a temporary e-mail problem and got resolved.

I just used them on 8 jan with no problem...weird!

I can see the website just fine here in the Netherlands. No prices listed - it just says coming soon there though.

The site could be down for maintenance, in which case they could have put up a maintenance page with a message. Or it could have been down but ok now.

Thank you janisj, the just airports link works now. I have used Ray in the past but recommended him to a friend in July 2010, she booked him, and he didn't turn up at Heathrow and the five of them were waiting and waiting, they ended up taking a cab. So I thought I'd try JustAirports instead.

Viator has airport transfers, which I frequently go to for this and has always worked out.

So is everyone happy with just airports? They are quoting 26 pound from W2 to City Airport, which seems OK (taxi is usually more).

We always use just airports - never had a problem.
