Has anyone used Paris Apartment Tours?

We've done a ton of research on different apartments and this is the best one we could find. The location seems ideal and 1100 euros a week fits nicely into our budget. We were hoping for something with more of a "parisian" feel -- but with a one year old we decided to go with modern convenience. Our only apprehension is that I couldn't find anyone here that has mentioned this company before. Does anyone have any experience with this company or any other suggestions? Thank you!

I don't know the company, but the bed looks awfully small for 2 people in the photo, unless you plan to let the child have it and you take the sofabed?

For what it's worth, rue de Buci is a very busy street, with an everyday street market and a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Convenient, but potentially noisy.

I don't think the apt. is on rue de Buci, it just says it is nearby. It appears it is at the corner of rues du Four and Bonaparte.

I would also query on the bed as either they have a very unusual distorted photo or do not know what a queensize bed is (it appears to be only 90 cm or so, a twin size). I would also query on the size of the sofabed as that does not look like a queensize in some of the photos, either, but a small-size sofa. Other than that, looks okay to me, if sterile, it is a very convenient location.

I haven't heard anything about that agency, but it does advertise in a long-established e-newsletter on Paris I receive (Paris Insites). The woman who runs that will usually respond to email queries as I've asked a few things at various times, so you could ask her if she has had any feedback on that company or what she knows about it.

Hi, BKP. I was wondering if you ended up booking the apartment with Paris Apartment Tours. I'm thinking of booking a place with them, but am running into the same problem of not being able to find any reviews about the agency. Thanks for your help!

BKP, I just realized that I'm considering the exact same apartment that you were looking at, so any feedback about the actual apartment would be greatly appreciated, too! Thanks!
