Has anyone travelled with Just Go Russia?

I am planning a trip in August to St Pete's, Karelia and Moscow and have planned an itinerary with Just Go Russia. I was attracted to them as they seem to be a UK based Russia specialist and I liked one of their group trips which I then adapted. I would like some feedback on whether members would recommend them.
