Has anyone stayed in in vrbo 107462 in Paris?

Hi, I'd just like to know if anyone has stayed in this flat or has used their site frenchflatrentals.com. I'm thisclose to renting it. Also how about area 8, any comments? Comments on the flat welcome too.
Thanks for your help!

It looks tiny, but I haven't stayed there. The 8th is the posh area round the Champs Elysees. Perfectly pleasant.

(Neither would be my taste)

Thanks for your reply Sheila. I picked this one because it was one of the few I found that had patio (that was available in late Sept. and within budget too). I've been looking for one with either a terrace or balcony and thought this one might be okay, since it has a nice patio area.

It does look tiny, and I'm wondering why there are no photos of the bedroom or bathroom.

I think the location is excellent. Convenient to metro and bus routes. A short walk from Ave du President Wilson market (Wednesdays and Saturdays, 7AM-2:30PM, early is better), one of our favorites, along with our favorite outdoor terrace in Paris, Chez Francis.

it would also scare me a little as to where there are no pictures of the bedroom or bathroom.

With soooo many choices out there, I would want to be sure of what I was getting in both the bedroom and bathroom since those are the two rooms that you'll be in the most.

I'm guessing there are no pictures of the bedroom and bathroom because they told me they are upstairs in the mezzanine. It might not be easy to get a good shot. If I did book it I would ask for more pics or info. I would think it would be suitable since a stay there is given as a prize for the Tour de France winner. I know there are lots of choices but a lot of the choices are over budget, booked or do not have a balcony or terrace and we have our hearts set on that. What do you think of this one... anyone? I'm going crazy looking for one! http://www.beau-paris.com/apartment-...3_english.html

easy enough: request photos before you book. Bed, bathroom, sitting room ... the pics on the website don't reveal a thing, so ...

Compare those to the pictures from the other, showing every detail. (Looks cute, and the view of Sacre Coeur, although not everyone's favorite, is pretty and definitely Parisian!

Took a second look via VRBO listing. I have to say it's an unusual looking apartment: the finish seems to suggest a lobby or foyer, as it seems to be all hard surfaces, not much of anything "soft" like upholstery, if you get my meaning. Wrought iron furniture ... a little cold. And the "courtyard" doesn't give a sense of what the setting actually is. Is it enclosed? airy? Can't tell.
