I hope that I stated the place correctly. We've rented a place there and now I'm getting cold feet. I've done research about places to see in the area, but there isn't a lot of information about this particular village, as its rather small. If I'm lucky, maybe someone out there knows it?

I have been to Uzes several times so I'm familiar with the area. I did find that town on the map. It really depends on your travel style. We love staying in places we can walk around in, in the evening and having options for dinner or blending in with life there. Having said that, if you plan on doing day trips, there are many wonderful places from where you rented. Have you stayed in this area before?
Cheers...

Thanks Underhill, I will check tripadvisor
Ctoner: this is our first time to France, so don't know the area. I would like to do some day trips, but would also like the town to be nice/big enough to be able to do as you suggest and just stroll around and find a nice place for dinner. I think the area we are in should be close to great places to explore, just not sure of the town itself
