Has anyone been to Folignos Primi D'Italia Pasta Festival?

I'll be staying in Umbria for a week and recently learned about this pasta festival which sounds like it would be fun to experience. I can time our week to coincide with this event and would love to hear from anyone who's attended this. I understand there are four different areas. Regarding the food/tasting area, how is it set up? Are there booths outside you stop at? Is it sit down in a restaurant?
