Had a nice family day out touring the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studios. We tacked on a quick visit to the Roald Dahl museum in Great Missenden as well. Both are located north of London. Since we were coming from the Midlands, we drove down but public transportation (and tours) are available to WB studios.

Advance tickets required, though again a tour package can probably sort it for you.

Thanks, Indy_dad. As always, a wonderful blog and great pictures. Glad you enjoyed the Harry Potter studio tour.
A few years ago there was a traveling Harry Potter exhibit at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry which we had visited. In that exhibit, they showed the various costumes and props used in the film series and re-created the Great Hall and dining room. They also have a good deal dedicated to Harry Potter at the museum within the WB studio in California.
The WB studio tour in the UK seems very extensive and sounds very interesting for all Harry Potter fans to see.
Just did the WB Studio tour in Burbank -- can confirm quite a bit of Harry Potter "stuff" is featured on that tour as well.
I like it very much .Thank you very much for sharing.
