Guardian Newspaper tempts me back to Majorca

The Guardian (UK) travel section (11.4.15) has reminded me just how good Majorca is. A guide to the Island has provided ideas for where else to visit.
It describes some of the many beaches you can visit, some fairly well known like Es Trenc (which it says is one of the finest in Spain) to less well known such as Llombards and Cala Torta.
The section also suggests some beach bars and restaurants you can visit, like the one at Cala Torta above. It mentions a tapas bar in Pollensa called Cafe C’an Motxet, and includes a mouth watering restaurant where the lamb is so good it is called by locals as the lamb restaurant. This restaurant was praised by Rick Stein, much to everyone’s annoyance as they wished to keep it secret, and is in Alaro (Restaurant Es Verger).
It identifies some excellent walking routes and encourages you to take the scenic walk to the dog sanctuary, at Calvia, to take one of their dogs for a walk. What a good idea, but as a big animal lover will I have the heart to take it back?

These are only some of the highlights presented in the section, its got me eager to return and such a a pity I cant get there until 2017 at the earliest.
