Grocery shopping in Positano/Praiano

We've rented a small apartment for one week in October. Will we be able to buy fresh/homemade pasta in either of these 2 small towns? Decent wine? Ham or pancetta? Good cheese? This is our first time for renting an apartment in anywhere in Europe, and I love to cook. What can we expect? Thanks so much.

Yes, both towns have little grocery stores. There are slightly bigger stores in Amalfi and if you have a car you can drive to the small farms in the hills and outside of the towns for really fresh produce, eggs and lemoncello! Have fun.

Which town are you staying in? I have stayed numerous times in apartments and houses in both towns so maybe I can help a little more.

Thanks, SeaUrchin, for your reply. We are renting the Casa di Sole through Italy Villa Rentals. It is in Praiano, and we would welcome any suggestions that you or others might have.
