Grenelle Apartment - Paris

I have been reading the message boards and have seen mixed reviews on www.rentalfrance.com and Pascal. Is anyone familiar with the 2 bedroom apartment on Rue De Grenelle:
http://www.rentalfrance.com/index.php?location=grenelle ?
I'm looking for something in close proximity to cafes, bus stops, restaurants, etc. as my Mom is coming and is 78 yrs. This apartment sounds like it might fit the bill. Any help would really be appreciated - is it as nice as the photos?
Thanks!

In April we had a look at this apartment. We did not stay there yet but Pascal was very prompt in meeting us and he also showed us another apartment that was under renovation on Rue Champs de Mars. The Grenelle one is right around the corner from rue Cler. and looks just like the pictures. There is an elevator in the building. The Champs de Mars apartment is more or less on the ground floor, a couple of steps up to the building on a quiet courtyard. Both are near bus stops, metros, cafes and there are many restaurants in the vicinity.

We used www.parisvacationapartments.com and I wouldn't use anyone else. The most professional group you could ask for. They have a 2/2 near the Louvre on the 3rd floor with elevator. This apartment is in the historic Palais Royal and is located on the gardens. We were about a block from the Louvre, very close to metro/bus (1 long block), about 5 long blocks from a Monaprix market on Opera or a short block to an expensive mini-mart and bakery. There are several cafes downstairs on the gardens (not too expensive, not cheap). Your selection appears very nice and is in a great location, although a bit far from the Louvre area, it is not too far from the E. Tower. And, food shopping on Rue Cler is fun.

Our ParisPerfect apt was on rue Grenelle..that apt was just as good as the photos. This sounds great and the location is really good.
I would take the chance, Pascal spoke to us while we were shopping for an apt, I would definitely use him..I mean, rent from him LOL
Good luck~

Thank you all for your input. The apartment on Rue du Champs de Mars looks wonderful, but unfortunately is already booked.

Laidback, did you see any drawbacks to the Rue du Grenelle apartment? I did notice that they did not have a photo of the second bedroom and kind of wondered why. From the description is says it has twin beds???? I believe it has an elevator and hopefully it is a VERY short walk to cafes, bus stop, etc.

If anyone has any other suggestions for a 2/3 bedroom apartment very close to Rue de Cler, please let me know.

Thanks again and have a great day.

Sorry for not responding as we have been away. The second bedroom did have twin beds, nothing out of the ordinary that I remember. Probably Pascal just didn't have a picture. The apartment is quite spacious and the living area very comfortably furnished. As I said before, there is an elevator in the building. I could also suggest vrbo #49646. The apartment is as the pictures appear, we have rented the other loft apartment from these people before and they were very nice and easy to deal with and it is across the street from Pascal's apartment on rue Champs de Mars in a building with a very beautiful facade.
