Greek Island tours for late 20s to 30s travelers? August

I've been looking into tours for the Greek Islands and it's been rather hard to find something that caters more to my age range. Are there any tours better suited for a solo traveler in her 30s looking for a balance of culture, beach activity and nightlife?
I'm seriously considering Busabout right now. They have a Greek Island hopping tour (Mykonos, Paros, Santorini, Ios) that arranges the bus and ferry travel between islands, some orientations and night activities, but lets you plan the day and accommodations yourself.
My hesitation is that the majority of travelers are in their early twenties to mid twenties, and the website vids/forums display a lot of party-centered activity. Absolutely, I want to stay out late and soak in nightlife, dancing,etc. I think part of the benefit is getting to know and travel with people on the bus, but my priorities and style of travel seem different than the typical early to mid 20s traveler.
On the opposite end are the multiple Greek cruises full of families, couples and seniors. Not so into it.
Should I take Busabout and then arrange day tours with other companies? Does anyone know good day tours in the Greek Islands? I'm spending 2-3 days in each island, and I wouldn't mind some light trekking activities, history and/or food adventures.
I've also heard about ATB tours that arrange transfers and accommodation, but you're on your own so no social aspect. I feel a bit off when I'm between age/experience levels, but am open to just enjoying. Thanks!
