Greece: Santorini and Thessaloniki
We are planning to visit Greece in late February and wanted to ask Forumites for advice on Santorini and Thessaloniki:
Santorini: we are wondering if anyone has any advice on things we can do in Santorini on a Sunday? Is anything open? or should we plan on a day of rest?
Thessaloniki: does anyone have any recommendations for good walking tours?
Would really appreciate any help.

Santorini will be very quiet on winter, the whole island holds something like only 10 000 pernament population. There is an increase on off-season visitors during recent years, but let's face it, the islans is very very very quiet on February. Weather might be pretty unpredictable too.
