Greece in December

Jump to last reply

I am planning solo 5 day 6 nights visit to Greece in December (3rd Dec 6PM to 8th Dec). First stop is Athens. As it is cold, I am trying to avoid Greek Islands. So plan is to visit Prague (Flight: 5th Dec 4PM to 8th Dec 3PM ) But if I go to another country I feel I wont be able to explore and get a feel of Greece. So I have two question .

1. How will be Greece, greek islands in winter and is it worth to visit? If yes could you suggest some places (Mykonos, Santorini initially I was planning to travel)
Itinerary (Only Greece)
Athens 2 Days
Santorini 2 days
Mykonos 2 Days

2. If not greek islands is it good option to visit Athens for 2 days and 3 days in Prague ?
3rd 6PM onwards to 5th 11 AM Athens
5th Afternoon to 8th Afternoon Prague (After that back to Athens for rest of the day.)

I will highly appreciate if I get some information so that I can make wise decision.
