Great London Area Walk - Cookham to Marlowe

Jump to last reply

Folks looking for an unusual but close and different day trip from London and who are ramblers should investigate the easy Cookham to Marlowe walk, on paths along the banks of the tranquil Swan-ful Thames. take a train to Cookham, a picturesque village and then stroll the flat three miles or so to Marlowe, another swell Thames-side town - book Cookham and Marlowe have rail service, which goes through nearby tony Maidenhead, a larger cutish town well worth a stop.
