Goult, France - any faves?

Our family of 5 (three kids ages 3,8,10) will be spending two weeks in the Goult area next month.
Any fave restaurants, sightseeing spots, markets, things to do, cooking classes, etc that you would recommend?
More than anything we are looking forward to exploring the countryside, visiting markets, and doing some great walks with the kids.
Merci!
