Google Streetview... Inside the Palace of Versailles...

Jump to last reply

I've been a huge fan of Streetview since it started with Google Earth and then Google Maps.
It's a rare day I don't take a virtual stroll somewhere in Paris. I'll often try and re-create a route Kerouac or French Mystique have covered with one of their photo essays.

Just now I happened to be in Versailles (virtually) and noticed the familiar blue lines right inside the palace... so I dragged the yellow stick figure over and ... voila! ... I was in the Hall of Mirrors. You can walk all around the palace. The best part is... you have it all to yourself!

Anyone found any other indoor locations?
