GNER Tickets - Chip&Pin CC Required?

Hi - on another travel site, I just learned that train tickets ordered on the GNER website require a "Chip&Pin" credit card to pick them up at the dispensing machine. I don't have such a card -- any advice? Thanks.

Thanks Janis - the GNER site doesn't mention that option -- it only mentions Fastticket and mailing -- so if you've indicated FastTicket can you still simply go to an agent? Also, can I pick up the tickets several days before my departure date? Thanks.

I picked up a ticket from a machine (not sure if it was Fastticket) in York with the chipless, pinless credit card I had used to buy it. It was a GNER train to London.

So at least some machines don't require chip&pin.

C&P is needed if you are BUYING tickets from a Fasticket machine, but for collecting tickets the card is needed merely to prove identity

Thanks to all, this clarifies it for me. I'll let the other person (on the other travel site) know as well.
