Getting from Dubrovnik to Paris

I am trying to help my daughter and husband put together the last piece of their trip puzzle. They have an open jaw ticket into Zabreb and out of Paris. Midway through their trip they will have to get from Dubrovnik to Paris.

Who flies Dubrovnik to Paris? Any of those cheap European airlines?

Thanks.

Why not take a train or two? Such a big hurry? European trains are wonderful and at least you see where you are going.

It does not look like any budget airlines fly that route
http://www.whichbudget.com/en/cheapflights.php?from=DBV

but kayak.com is showing croatia air flies it for about $306 (for dates in Apri/May)

Flights are available at www.europebyair.com using their flight pass - $99 each leg plus you pay the tax locally. Flight from Dubrovnik to Paris would be two segments - Dubrovnik-Zagreb and Zagreb-Paris - total $198 plus the tax. Flights not available every day.

Wow, thanks for the quick help on this. They want to fly because they will be spending three weeks in and around Croatia traveling by train, and then three weeks in France traveling by train, so they prefer to just "get there." Looks like Croatia Air and the Europe by Air pass are both feasible. Thanks again.

I flew direct Paris to Dubrovnik in 2006 with europebyair for $99, taxes of approx. $45 paid at the airport before departure, very easy.

>> then three weeks in France traveling by train

That doesn't necessarily have to start in Paris -- the southeast corner of France is much closer to Croatia than Paris is.

There is no train service from/to Dubrovnik.

A 6 hour bus into Split and I don't know how long of a bus service to Zagreb but that's the only land public transportation option out of Dubrovnik.
