Hello!
I am wondering if there is a local bus from Berchtesgaden to Fussen. I was told the train ride would be 5 hours, and I'm wondering if a bus would be cheaper and/or shorter?
Thanks for the help

Long-distance bus connections - we are talking 230 kilometres here - don't exist in Germany (with the exception of a few routes to/from Berlin). The trains do this job. This trip can be done cheapest with a Bayern-Ticket.
Both places are at the end of local railway lines. Due to the topography and the Austrian border there is no more direct connection than via Munich.
