GCT Cancellation: Thanks

Yesterday we should have just returned from an enjoyable Grand Circle Travel river cruise down the Seine. But litigation required canceling that trip. This is a note on Fodors forum to affirm a courteous and timely refund of the full amount by GCT and Trip Mate insurance. Often such cancelations are for medical reasons but in this case I simply filled out the forms and had my attorney mail a copy of the subpoena. Many of us travel on our own overseas and many with a tour company. We've been with GCT four times and will certainly repeat.
