The Metro, probally #4 to station Chatelet and then #7 to the Lourve.

The métro is the quickest way: <BR> <BR>Take a #4 line train bound for "porte d'orléans" for one stop to "gare de l'est", there change to a #7 line train bound for "mairie d'Ivry" ride seven stops to "palais royal / musée du Louvre".
