Garda Land

Hi jcrp,
We went about 15 years ago and at that time it was a typical theme park aimed at kids and teens. There are a lot of different rides some of which you might enjoy - have you had a look at the website?

Not sure whether you'd enjoy it by yourself though!

I've never been there, but I live in Italy, and I know that it's popular with teens and families I know. However, going in a group of friends is a much different experience that going alone. I'm not sure I'd enjoy a them park on my own.

I've always thought of Gardaland as being aimed at younger ages than a 17 year old. There are a couple of "white knuckle" rides that if you are a roller coaster fan would only be "clenched fist" rides.

I'm sorry, JCRP, as I am certain folks udnerstand your desire for "personal experiences" but there aren't many 17-year-olds on this board.
My experience is similar to those you have already received above. Have you asked your 17-year-old if they might be interested in this? What harm can that do?
