Gap of Dunloe or Killarney National Park? Best way to see each one?
If you had to choose between seeing either the Gap of Dunloe or Killarney National Park, which would you choose? We are not hikers, so aren't interested in strenuous walks, if that makes a difference.
If we can see both, what are best ways to see each? There are a number of different ways available, from jaunting carts to combination bus/jaunting cart/boat cruise. Which would you recommend for each place?
Thanks for your generosity in helping us plan our dream trip to Ireland.

How long do you have? That's a key piece of information needed in order to say whether you could see more of the Park besides the Gap.
The walk through the Gap is not terribly strenuous - it's long (7 miles, I think?), but paved. We took the Deros tour that dropped us off at the cottage and picked us up at the lakes, where we rode boats back to Ross Castle. I believe we were gone something like 9am-3 or 4pm.

We had a great time biking through the gap....rent bikes in Killarney, took the boat across the lakes, unload the bikes and you're on your way. The first part is steep, no shame in walking the bikes up this part, and then you can coast down for a few km's.
