FYI the out come of Ryan Air

Jump to last reply

Thanks for the info everyone gave me about getting in touch with Ryan Air from the USA. None of the direct email addresses worked and there was no way to find out answers to the question DD had. So she called from the USA and someone answered the phone after waiting for about 4 mins. Not bad, but they charge .10 cent per minute (based on the pound) plus whatever her phone company charges. The problem was they changed the time of her flight from Rome to Palermo and she was not going to be able to make that plane. She just wanted to know if she did Not get on the plane would her return ticket be invalidated? The answer was no so she bought 3 more one way tickets on Alitalia and will return to Rome on Ryan air. Probably not best to use Ryan air if you are arriving in Europe from the USA and then connecting onto Ryan air. Mainly there is no customer service to answer questions, whether you like the answer or not. It would be nice if they had email service that worked. Oh well, lesson learned.
