Frankfurt to Northern Italy
We're looking at low cost flights from Frankfurt Int'l to Northern Italy. Are there airline shuttles or fast train connections from Frankfurt Int'l to Frankfurt-Hahn for Ryanair? Can anyone estimate the travel time?

The www.ryanair.com pretty much always has connectng ground transport info under "Destinations" on each of the "secondary" (sometimes remote) airports that it serves.
Hahn is perhaps is its most remote. From their webpage http://www.ryanair.com/destinfo03/de...get=hhn&opt=12
"Regular buses also run to Frankfurt, a one-way trip costs €11.00, children up to 7 years are €5.50 and a return-trip is €16.00. Returns can only purchased if returning within 24 hours. Journey time takes approximately 1hr 45 mins. Please refer to the timetable for exact times of the buses. The bus stop is situated on the south side of the train station on the corner of Mannheimer and Stuttgarter streets. A regional scheduled bus link is also available to/from the airport terminal to Bingen.
For further information on Frankfurt Hahn bus services, click here (this is a link to http://www.bohr-omnibusse.de on their site).
Best wishes,
Rex

We're travelling military "space a" to Frankfurt, so the time of arrival is tentative. We've decided to travel half way to the Cinque Terre (Lake Lugano) by train, rest overnight, then complete the journey the next day.
