Yes, there are many direct ICE trains that take 1:14.

Just follow the signs for long distance trains at the airport. There are ICE trains that leave for Stuttgart every hour from the airport. You might want to pay extra for a reservation, or go first class as this train can be crowded.

There are two train stations in Frankfurt airport - the older S-Bahn and Regional train stations and the newer Fernbahnhof - or long-distance station - your train will leave of course from the Fernbahnhof. Trains into Frankfurt mainly leave from the regional train station.

As you will see on www.bahn.de there may be a change of trains at Manheim. This is a simple matter because the schedules are coodinated as to time and the other train will always be directly on the other side of the platform.
