four nights between verona and bergamo

I am trying to pull together this short jaunt to this part of italy. hopefully with your help i can create a visually enticing journey and eat at a few of your favorite restaurants during these short four days.

we will have a car and we have been to venice, verona, and lago di garda. do not need to repeat except for perhaps nice restaurant in verone. we arrive at 3.30 pm on a saturday.

i have found a really nice b+b in mantova that i have been wanting to go to .
www.locandamatilda.it.. so we would like to be there two nights at some point.

i am having trouble deciding WHERE to go in between. i have gotten so many good recommendations that at this point and with my work piling up it is very mind-boggling.

can anyone think of a logical itinerary, considering it is october.. and special places to stay or restaurants you would like to go back to or share with me? i love quaint villages and architecture, good food and beautiful scenery.

It might help me make some decisions here.. there are a lot of b+b's, but not very many with impressive websites.. so.. really don´t know which way to go here.

would hope not to spend over 100 euros/night/double. And restaurants need good food and atmosphere.

            thanks in advance...
