florence apartment for 3 people

Need an apartment for a month in Florence would prefer just out of the centre as we dont mind walking . Things im looking for in the apartment is it is clean,washing machine,kettle,toaster,TV if in english would be great. We have been before but the apartment we usually get has gone. Cost around 1500.00 euro for the month thanks would love your help. We are going in September till october 2012
