Flights from Milan and Rome to Sicily - EasyJet?

I have to book a flight from Milan to Sicily and then From Sicily to Rome. I am thinking I should do Catania one way and Palermo the other way. I have found cheap flights on EasyJet. Does anyone have any experience with them? Any suggestions about Catania vs. Palermo?

We have flown Easy Jet from Naples to Paris, Catania to Milan and Milan to Lisbon-good airline-did not have trouble with luggage weight b/c we packed light. We have flown Alitalia from Rome to Palermo. We have stayed in Palermo (liked it) but only flew out of Catania. We have also flown AirOne from Palermo to Rome.

Easy jet is the cheapest of all of them.Unfortunately if you are coming in from the states to Rome the flights are limited going in and out of Palermo without a wait.(I had a trip planned for next week and had to change last night so have looked and researched this alot!)
I would fly into one city and fly out of the other so you don't have to backtrack.

I use EasyJet often and have never had a problem. I much prefer them to Ryan Air as they use major airports rather than satellite airports far from your destination city. Unlike airlines in the USA you will find that it is much cheaper to "buy" (yes you must pay for) your boarding pass online rather than at the airport.

Hi dutyfree - What do you mean you had to wait for a flight to Palermo from Rome? Did you book ahead? I am planning to book a flight now for September. Do you think this will be a problem? Thanks
