We are going to Munich and Salzburg over the weekend of March 17th. Anyone know of any flea markets or shopping for antiques and collectables there? Thanks for any advise you can give.

We lived in Munich in the 60s and way back then there was a big flea market called something like the Auer Dolt (?). It was in a church yard. Maybe they still have it. Sorry I am so sketchy.
OK I Googled it and it is called Auer Dult and it is held three times a year. It has been going on since 1310 in the Churchyard of Mariahilfplatz in the Munich district of Au. The big specialty is crockery but it ranges from chamber pots to rustic furniture. I don;t think this matches your time slot but the Spring fair is 28 April - 6 May 2012.
Thanks for the info anyway! I am sure it will be great for someone going at that time!
