We will be honeymooning in Santorini, Mykenos and Naxos this September. Does anyone have any great restaurant recommendations for any of these islands? Any advice would be appreciated. thanks!

It's an excellent restaurant, gets rave reviews but also attracts a lot of tourists wanting a meal at a restaurant that gets rave reviews from tourists wanting a meal at a restaurant that gets rave reviews........................................... ...............................

That will be a lovely honeymoon. See my trip report (click on my name) for some Santorini stuff. We loved Captain Ted's catamaran sail, worth the $$$ and we had a blast (and a rare hangover, haha!)
No idea if these are the same ones brotherlee mentions, but in Oia (as you'll see in that same trip report) go BELOW where everyone watches the sunset, way down by the water. The seafood can't get fresher than that.
Have a great time.
p.s. if you like coffee, be sure to have a greek frappe! I miss them.

We did not eat there but checked it out and looked at the menu. It looked very nice but quite expensive. We were a family of four so we passed. We did eat at another of BrotherLeeLove's suggestions Skala and it was good and more reasonable. For an inexpensive but excellent meal (maybe lunch) try Pizza Edwin. I learned about this place on another forum and resisted when we got there because it does not have any ambiance. However, the food was very good especially the pizza.

There's an Ouzeria called "Ouzeria" (funnily enough) that's a bit off the main drag in Oia. It's near a (very nice) Indian restaurant called Karma and both are down a tiny alleyway just beside the public toilets (I know). When we went there all the other clientele were Greek. It's great value and we'd highly recommend the mezze dishes.
