First Day of Keukenhof 2017

Jump to last reply

Hey guys! My original plan was to visit Amsterdam from March 21-22 , but a friend of mine suggest my boyfriend and I stay an extra day to visit the Keukenhof Garden because it opens on the 23rd of March. I've done a bit of research and most of the reviews I've read state that peak season for when the tulips are in full bloom are around mid April...my question is has anyone visited the garden on opening day from previous years, and if so, is it worth visiting despite the flowers not being in full bloom? Thank you for any suggestions and response!
