Finding International Response Coupons in USA for Tower of Keys Ceremony

I was looking into getting tickets for the Ceremony of the Keys at The Tower of London. It appears that the US Postal Service no longer sells International Response Coupons. Any ideas on how I can purchase these in the USA??

They are no longer available in the States. But not to worry - Look at the Tower's website -- they have a special message/policy for visitors from the US

Oh - I just looked at the website - it has been updated in the last few weeks. The "note for American visitors" has been deleted. There is now a link to purchase UK postage on line.

I went to the link to purchase UK postage on line and it was pretty much a nightmare. Looks like I need to open an account with a minimum of 3.5 pounds and postage is actually 1.88 pounds. Also, the size of envelope doesn't match the sizes available in US. When I looked at the pdf sample of my envelope, the addresses were in a weird location.

I wonder if Canada sells IRC's. I have a relative in Detroit that I might be able to convince going to Windsor to buy them for me.

Lots of hassle, but I have to remember the tickets are free!

British stationary does run different sizes than in the US - but as long as you put in the weight (I'd use 35-ish grams) you should be OK.

You really think sending your relative across the border is easier than (over)spending £1.62 more than you need? That is only about $2.60.

Janisj--just worried about it lining up in our printer correctly with the envelope size difference. Our relative goes to the casino in Windsor with some frequency, so it wouldn't be too much of a hassle.

Don't waste your time or $. The postage you will print needs to be sent the next day. Not sure the TOL thought this procedure through.

Marlene, if it would be a help, I am in the UK - I would be happy to pop down to the post office and mail you an envelope with postage, if you wanted to send the $ to my paypal? Let me know and I'll get you an email where we can exchange details.
