We will be in Venice during the Festa del Redentore this summer and are wondering about the best ways to enjoy it. We are staying in the Hotel Locanda Vivaldi so our location is perfect for the fireworks display. But we are thinking that we might want to go out and about with the crowds to see the fireworks from the water's edge, overlooking the lagoon. Should we hire a boat? Special restaurant? Suggestions?
