How about those two annoying brats, Bari and Adrian in the Embassy Suites pop up ads?
What pop up ads? Install a pop up stopper and never be bothered again! It's great!
I despise those pop-ads as much as anyone but who do you think is paying the upkeep of this board? The advertisers. A board of this size costs a fortune.
My favorite figure skating board just privatized to the tune up $60 US + a year for a subscription. I imagine that it will be shortly abandoned.
Please don't let it happen here.

There seems to be a fine line between "I have a service XYZ" and "I know of a great service XYZ." That's always bothered me about what's permitted vs. what's not. Especially when it's easy enough to masquerade behind the latter option. Opinions?
I think if people could no longer recomment a service, we would lose one of the benefits of the forum, hearing about personal experiences. It seems to be fairly easy to spot a phony recommendation, or at least some people can, judging by the way they jump on to flame the phony poster.
