Vienna - St Stephens
I doubt if I would go out of my way for it, but IF you were enroute past it at the appropriate time, there's an extremely beautiful cathedral near Kladruby, which is southeast of Prague perhaps 50 miles, in the direction of (roughly) Salzburg. Czech it out.
In Salzburg, I'd go to the Kollegienkirche (Collegiate Church) on Universitätsplatz, and in Vienna, to the Karlskirche on Karlsplatz, both designed by Fischer von Erlach. They are the most beautiful baroque churches I've ever seen.
