This will be our first time in Paris, , we need some advise, about it is good take the Paris Pass or just take public transportation to visit the the differents places , we need transportation from the airport to our hotel, in the airport we could find the shuttle ? some other tips please are so welcome, but the way we are four in my Family.

You would do well to read some tour books and look at some threads here and then form some questions.
The Paris Pass is not a good value. It does not give access to many of the best sites/sights. The Paris transportation system of the Metro and buses is maybe the best in the world. You will want to familiarize yourself with it.
To get to your hotel I suggest a taxi. Print out the name and address of your hotel to give to the taxi driver. Go to the taxi queue and the master will get you an appropriate taxi. It will be about 50-60E for all. A shuttle will probably be as much or more.

Malu, if you are traveling all the way to France, a tiny bit of money spent on guidebooks and maps, and a few hours doing basic research on the internet, would be well advised. Otherwise, once you arrive you will have no idea what's going on and how to proceed.

The Paris Pass is a rip-off. And it seems you've misunderstood its purpose and maybe confused it with another transportation pass (though yes, it does include transportation). Yes, you should use public transportation to get around Paris. You can learn all about it on www.ratp.fr and www.parisbytrain.com.

There are several kinds of shuttles at CDG, and you haven't specified which one, but at any rate, all are easy enough to find it you follow the signs. You can also take the RER/métro or a taxi. I would recommend a taxi with 4 people.

First 1st timers & a family of 4 I would spring for a taxi from the airport (instead of a shuttle or public transportation).

How old are the kids? I think it's smart to get them involved in the planning. Have them look at photos and guidebooks and pick a couple things they especially would like to see or do (if they are old enough).

Do not buy Paris Pass. It isn't just transportation, anyway, you are paying for other things with it. Better to buy what you need separately.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you are allowed to walk up to an airport shuttle at CDG. I think you have to have ordered one in advance at that airport. I did that once and they never showed up (Blu Van) so I had to take the airport bus, anyway, but I had a backup plan. I agree that with several people or more, you might just as well take a taxi as there are flat rates now so it won't be so much more than a group shuttle, anyway. If you want to take public transportation, you'll have to say where your hotel is to advise if that is feasible and easy.

If you mean an airport bus run by the city or something by "shuttle", yes, there is one but it only goes to one stop--Opera. IF this is near your hotel, that would be a good idea.

Since March 1, 2016, the taxi fees from both airports are now flat rates.
The amount on the meter is now good for 4 passengers (including children).
There are no more baggage fees.
If you go to the Left Bank from CDG, the flat rate is 55 EU.
If you go to the Right Bank, it is 50 EU.
From ORY to the Left Bank costs 35 EU.
To the Right Bank, it is 30 EU.

Follow the overhead signs to the TAXI queue in the airport and wait your turn in line. Remember that official taxi drivers always remain in their vehicles - don't go with anyone who approaches you on foot.
Hand the driver the complete printed address of where you want to go, so there won't be any confusion.
You do not have to tip the driver.
