Falegnani Apartment in Rome - Anyone ever stay there?

I will be in Rome in November and came accross a nice apt in Rome. Has anyone ever stayed at the Falegnani Apt? Can't find any reviews anywhere. Found it on Sleep in Italy website. Any help will be apreciated.

There's a review on Slow Travel, sounds a bit mixed. But a great location!

I think Marigross stayed there and complained about the small bedroom stank of sewage. She wrote a very nice trip report.

BTW, I assume you meant the Falegnami apartment (not Falegnani as you spelled in your question.)

Friends are staying there Oct19-Nov2. The slowtrav review is from 2005 and sleepinitaly has assured our friends that the couch has been replaced.
Do you have the link to the review about sewage? That doesn't sound good!
