<<I'm glad the usual "ad police" who think we're all back in Fifth Grade didn't attack it.>>
While I don't consider myself part of any "ad police", I think that such comments are merited when it is a first-time poster/new registrant, who shows up from out of the blue, touting a place or service.
We know sandi_travelnut, and recognize this as merely good "intelligence-gathering" for the rest of "us".
Best wishes,
Rex

Earlier this morning, I priced out ATL-FCO-ATL for March 2006, and it is about $135 less than DL website for the same flights, so not bad. But, does anyone know if tickets booked through 1-800-FlyEurope qualify for FFmiles credit? It is 10,070 miles.

I followed through with the Dallas-Rome in March and with taxes it was a little over $700. not bad, but not great. The problem is that it wanted me to book it before it showed me what airlines I'd be flying on. I have a problem with that.

Sandi ~ can you tell by the departure, connection, and arrival times? When I was playing with this yesterday I also had the Delta site open and could see that it was Delta flights. What I could not determine was if I had booked it would the ticket have been Delta or Alitalia code share.

I've used flyeurope (read about them here). Just call them and they'll tell you which airline and which flights.
If I remember right, yes, the flights accrue FF miles (check with them again to be sure).

Thanks, 111op ~ I will do that.
When I checked the Skymiles info the only one they exclude by name is Priceline, but it says "Bookings made through some Internet sites as described at those sites, including without limitation tickets purchased through Priceline.com"

I flew with them in spring 04 and did not accrue miles (w/American). Otherwise, the flights were great and the price very cheap.
I just checked their website and it said no miles awarded . . . see here:

Interesting. Virgin gave me miles, I'm pretty sure. I think that I've only flown Virgin once or twice, and I started my FF program afterwards, and I bought my Virgin tickets through FlyEurope.
Perhaps the rules have changed. I've not used them in a couple of months.
