Eurostar To Soon Run London-Amsterdam Direct Trains

Jump to last reply

Eurostar has submitted the proposed timetable for its planned London – Amsterdam service to the Belgian rail regulator. It is proposed that two services per day will operate in each direction with one service in the morning and one in the evening. Trains from London would call at Brussels Midi, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Schiphol Airport with a journey time of 3 hours 50 minutes, whilst trains from Amsterdam would call at Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam and Brussels Midi where security checks would be undertaken. The journey time for trains from Amsterdam is projected to be between 4 hours 9 minutes and 4 hours

this from a recent Thomas Cook Timetable email

note that trains going to Amsterdam have one more stop than those in the other direction!

No more having to change trains in Brussels Midi!
