Eurostar Italia Seating Diagram

Would anyone know of a link to the seating charts for the Eurostar Italia? The train of interest is the 9400 series.

Thanks in advance...bdj

There are no seating plans that I know of.

There are descriptions of the various trains here:
http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/inde...003f16f90aRCRD
but I don't see a 9400 series.

If you mean trains starting with 94, they seem to be Frecciargento trains.

Bear in mind that choosing a particular seat on any Trenitalia train won't necessarily meet your expectations, since there is NO WAY to know the DIRECTION OF TRAVEL of the railcar in which you have selected the seat. You may be faced in the direction of travel, or in the opposite direction. Furthermore, these trains often REVERSE direction of travel once they pull into such stations as Roma Termini, Firenze SMN and Verona Porta Nuova. Therefore, you're likely to find yourself seated both with and against the direction of travel if travelling a long distance.

In general terms, first class on the AV and ES trains (including Frecciarossa and Frecciargento) is three across; second class on these trains is four across.

Here are seating plans for the various types of trains in Italy.

http://www.seat61.com/train-seat-plans.htm#Italy

The seat numbering system defies any logic I'm aware of.

The London-Paris Eurostar has no relation to the Eurostar trains in Italy.
