European trip budget

I plan on takkng a trip to Europe next May with my Mom and was wondering what would be a reasonable budget for my trip and length of stay?
My trip includes thr following countries:
Belgium-Brussels/Ghent/Bruges
Germany- Munich/Nuremberg and maybe the Black Forest
Austria- Innsbruck
Italy- Rome, Vatican City, and maybe Florence or Oisa
Switzerland- Matterhorn/Alps
France- Paris/Versaille
Netherlands- Amsterdam
England- London/Stonehenge/Bath/Salisbury
Ireland- Dublin/Killarney/Ring of Kerry

Any suggestions for traveling to and ariund England and Ireland to my destinations would also be greatly appreciated

Well based on your list of locations (more than 20 locations) you will need to allow about 2 months. If you can confirm that you have allowed that much time and give us an idea of how you travel (motel 6 budget, modest, moderate or upscale) and where you are coming from (assuming the budget includes airfare) people can take a quick stab.

But really this type of budget needs to be built from the ground up - since prices are very different in different places (Switz is shockingly expensive).

You have 15+ locations so my guess, based on where you're going, would be about 45 days. I'd give 5 days each to Rome, Paris, and London and fewer days to other locations. You do have to account for travel time between locations and you have a lot of moving around which will take up a lot of time.

Your budget depends on how you want to travel, type of accommodations, dining style, private guides, if you book train tickets in advance to get best rates - things like this. I would budget E150 to E200 per night for hotels and the same for food (this includes stopping during the day for refreshments) - this would be for both of you. There's also transportation costs between locations and any local tours you'd like to take. Local tours can range from E12 to E50 or more per person. Admission prices vary but an average is E10 per person per sight so add on another E40 per day for admission fees.

That is a very ambitiuos trip---I trust you are plnning on 6 weeks. I think that $15000 would cover you-if you watch your budget.

Allowing for travel days, your trip will take around 40/45 days. There will be considerable travel costs to get to all those places, mostly by train, I would think, but some flights. Budget depends on the level of comfort you desire (hostels, hotels, camping?) and if you want to picnic or eat in restaurants. You can save money by not moving around so much, renting apartments and cooking for yourself some.

Yup, I assume you have about 2 months for this and $15,000. Otherwise, it's a shambles.
