That's about $60 (US)/day. I doubt you can even get a room at that price, never mind food, entrance fees, and train fare.
Agree that budget won;tcover you unless you're hitching there for free and couchsurfing (even a bed in a hostel is aobut $35 per night).
For the rest, suggest you have a look at several low budget/student type guide books (Let's Go series or similar) and then come back with questions about specific areas or sights.
How long will it take you to get a visa? You won't be able to do any planning (trains/flights) until you get your visa.
Within the five countries you are going to there are hundreds and hundreds of cultural and religious places of interest. You will need to be more specific on locations or interests.
how much do you need approx per day ?
Given a bed in a hostel is $35 (and that's in an inexpensive hostel, also consider they frequently charge extra for towels, soap and hot water), food on the cheap maybe $25, public transportation to get around town $5 (assuming mostly walking), entrance fees/sight-seeing maybe $20.
These are very ballpark numbers, based on the most conservative spending, and still is costing at least $85/day. This doesn't even include the Eurail fare.
I strongly suggest you pick up the Lets Go Europe book, and start investigating costs more closely.
