Europcar Hire

Having attempted to hire a car from Europcar for August 2012 as they have a deal up to 40% off in the UK.
I tried to book on line NO mention of the deal anywhere while booking.
Asked the company how do this ..Do it online' They could NOT accept that is what I had been trying to do.
So I asked 5 different questions in the one email, which offices participate, (Answer not sure) how to get the deal (Answer Online) etc.
They could only answer one question per email. So after 5 days yes 5 days (I am patient) & losing count of the emails sent I still did not have a reply to how to get the deal & where that was confirmed that I had the deal.
I booked a car with them on line NO mention of the deal so immediately cancelled it.

So after 5 days I finally gave up with them & went else where which was done in minutes & at a better price & larger car.
I WILL NEVER be back to Europcar who ever answers the email queries Do not know about customer care & the product they are trying to sell.
