These are few and far between now. Though there are lounges for certain types of tickets Eurailpass holders IME are not often allowed in - they are for business types with free coffee, Internet, etc. I have traveled with passes annually for years now and thought there once were first class lounges you today see mainly uninviting waiting rooms with hard chairs and no amenities.
I may be wrong so peruse these sites to see if the lounges that do exist - like for first class ticket holders in German stations (not passes however i think and have been told) - peruse these tremendously informative sites: www.seat61.com; www.ricksteves.com and www.budgeteuropetravel.com (this site says they have a toll-free number to talk to an expert so give them a call and see their take on this as i am not positive a pass holder cannot use the lounges i believe are reserved for first-class ticket holders - full fare tickets.
