Eurail or Pay-as-you go?

Jump to last reply

I'm trying to decide if the Eurail makes sense to me or if I should book train tickets as I go. The Eurail site is confusing and I'm not sure about restrictions when it comes to using it. Here is my itinerary.

Tuesday July 3rd Berlin --> prague
Thursday July 5th - over night train to Prague -->Budapest
Saturday July 7th – Budapest→ Zagreb
Sunday July 8th Zagreb →Plitvice lakes
Monday July 9th- plitvice lakes → Split
Tuesday July 10th-Split→Hvar Island
WednedsayJuly 11th – Hvar→Split

It's planned out pretty specifically, so I'm not sure if I even need the spontaneity of the eurail pass...

Someone please help!
