England with toddlers

We're planning a trip to England next christmas with our two kids - ages 2 and 4. We'll be staying a week on a farm in Yorkshire, but are looking for a family friendly place to stay for 3 nights or so prior to that. We'll be flying into London - so either a city hotel or somewhere relatively easy to get to after an international plane flight for the kids (windsor?). Our only requirement would be a separate sleeping area from our kids (ie. even a one bedrom suite would do) - we don't sleep otherwise! Any suggestions for great family friendly hotels in the south?
